1.0 User Analysis
1.1 Proposed task
Disposal of Garbage: This task involves navigating the website to find information and services related to the disposal of garbage for both home and business users. Users will be observed as they explore options for trash collection, recycling, yard waste, and other related services. The focus is on understanding how easily users can locate relevant information and initiate the disposal process.
Visit Tour: Users will be prompted to explore different sections of the website, simulating a visit tour experience. This task assesses the website's navigation and layout, evaluating the user's ability to understand the structure of the information presented.
Payment: The third task involves simulating the payment process on the website. Users will be observed as they attempt to pay bills, exploring the available payment options.
1.2 Persona
1.2.1 Persona 1 (Potential Employees)
Mr. Dong Fu is a soon-to-graduate UTM (University of Technology, Malaysia) graduate student. At the age of 24, he is preparing to enter the workforce upon completing his studies at UTM. Currently, he is grappling with academic challenges while simultaneously getting ready for job interviews.
The struggle he faces stems from the overwhelming workload at this stage, leaving him extremely busy and unable to tidy up his home. Amidst the chaos, he is striving to address academic issues and prepare for interviews with prospective employers. Consequently, he hopes to manage his living space with minimal effort during this period, allowing him to maintain a tidy environment without expending too much energy on cleaning.
1.2.2 Persona 2 (Business Entities)
Mr Jack Wong is a neighborhood convenience store owner. He is 25 years old. This company is already established for 1 and half years. Has 8 employees in the store. He is the person who has leadership, effectively manages a diverse team of employees, promoting a positive work environment. He is also good at problem solving, capable of resolving challenges related to inventory, customer concerns, and day-to-day operations. Jack is motivated by the goal of providing essential products to his local community. He aims to modernize his store operations and adopt efficient waste management practices. His goals are to explore waste disposal options suitable for a small retail business. Implement recycling for packaging materials and expired products.
The pain that he faces is limited knowledge of modern waste disposal practices. The need for a comprehensive waste management solution for his retail store. Also limited Resources, as a manager in a smaller town like Bintulu, Jack may face limitations in accessing advanced technologies and nationwide services. What he gains when doing the task which is waste disposal practices for the store. Thus, could improve customer satisfaction due to a clean and organized store environment the public image of the store will become positif.
1.2.3 Persona 3 (Homeowners and Residents)
Mr. Yang Bowen is a resident in Green Field. At the age of 24, he is a Chinese national working in Malaysia. He describes his pursuit as convenience, speed, and efficiency.
His current struggle arises from the demanding nature of his job, coupled with responsibilities such as cooking and doing laundry at home, making him feel exhausted. Therefore, he hopes to find a way to alleviate his fatigue. He seeks a simple approach that can rejuvenate his living space, allowing him to create more personal space for other activities. Ultimately, he aims to enhance his efficiency in various aspects of life.

1.3.1 Persona 1 from the user group
Persona: Mr. Dong, a 24-year-old gentleman, hopes to successfully complete his thesis and pass interviews without worrying about the cleanliness of his home during this period.
User Goal: Dong's goal is to manage his living space effortlessly, allowing him to keep his room tidy without investing too much energy in cleaning.

In these tense and busy moments, he urgently needs a tranquil space to better focus on his studies and career preparations. Consequently, he hopes to efficiently manage household chores within the constraints of time while keeping his room neat. He aims to create an environment conducive to both academic and professional pursuits. Therefore, he attempts to gather information online, navigating through the website's menu to find relevant services. Through the "Residential Trash Removal" service option provided on the website, he can now alleviate the concern of not having time to keep his room clean and orderly.
1.3.2 Persona 2 from the user group
Persona: Mr Wong， 25 years old wants to explore waste disposal options suitable for a small retail business. Implement recycling for packaging materials and expired products.
User Goal: Jack aims to research and implement modern waste disposal practices suitable for a small retail business. He recognizes the importance of minimizing the environmental impact of his store's waste.

Over the past year and a half, Jack has successfully managed his own store with a strong commitment to providing essential products to the local community. Recognizing the need to modernize store operations and adopt effective waste management practices, he was keen to gain some knowledge in this area.
Although Jack's Convenience Store is doing well, it also faces waste management challenges. The store, which employs eight dedicated staff, generates a large amount of waste, including packaging materials and expired products. Jack realized that current waste management practices needed to be upgraded to match his vision for a modern, eco-friendly store.
1.3.3 Persona 3 from the user group
Persona: Mr. Yang, a 24-year-old gentleman, aspires to make his life efficient and convenient.
User goal: Yang Bowen's goal is to achieve simplicity in a way that revitalizes his home, creating more personal space for additional activities, all while maintaining a straightforward approach.

Mr. Yang Bowen is a young resident living in Green Field, a 24-year-old professional from China working in Malaysia. He embraces a philosophy of high efficiency in his daily life. However, faced with the demands of a busy job and household chores like cooking and laundry, he feels quite exhausted.
Given the dual burden of work and domestic responsibilities, Mr. Yang eagerly seeks a simple and efficient solution to break free from fatigue and create more personal space. He aims to simplify his lifestyle, rejuvenate his living environment, not only for added convenience but also to carve out more time and energy. This, in turn, allows him to tackle work and other life challenges in a more effective manner.
In pursuit of these changes, he attempts to gather information from a website, looking for better and more convenient services, along with faster payment methods. While discovering the relevant service, he also finds the "Online Bill Pay" option in the "Pay Your Bill" menu. This option enables him to pay for services without the need to withdraw cash from the bank, saving him valuable time.
