Problem 1:

The design of interface , is too crowded , whole webpage just list its provided service accumulated without layer architecture , so lack of distinction and contrasting . And lack of aesthetic design ,just leave each webpage a blank background , not attract user to explore deeply .

Problem 2:

for the function area each just put on the webpage in the matter of text without a button encompassing , giving the user the feeling of just reading a paper which not attract user to choose.

Problem 3:

As a relative containing much information website , however it doesn’t provide a reply and contact function , which just list a contact number. So, users have something confused cant immediately get a valid response also give user a disappointed feel.
